1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tadashii Kotoba (正しい言葉), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is provided by Isshin Technology Limited (Hong Kong).

2. Service Description

Tadashii Kotoba is an AI-powered Japanese text rephrasing and style-transformation service. It supports rewriting Japanese text and translating English or Chinese into Japanese. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. Accounts & Authentication

You may register using Google OAuth or email-based magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

The service offers a free tier and a premium subscription. There is no free trial for Premium — use the free tier to try the product. Premium billing starts when you subscribe and renews monthly until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance of any changes to subscription pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt the service
• •Harass other users or third parties
• •Scrape or send automated bulk requests to the API

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the service, including logos, design, and software, belong to Isshin Technology Limited. You retain ownership of any text you submit. AI-generated output text may be used freely by you for any purpose.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output. We recommend professional review before using output in important, legal, medical, or financial documents.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Isshin Technology Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
