- Internet connection and data charges are borne by the customer. Because payments are made in US dollars, your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and foreign transaction fees.

- Payment timing
- The first month is charged when you subscribe. The subscription then renews automatically every month on the same day, and is charged at each renewal.
- Service delivery
- Pro features are available immediately after payment is completed.
- Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" in the Plans section of Settings. After cancelling, Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
- Returns and refunds
- Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable once completed, including partial months, except where required by applicable law.
- System requirements
- The latest version of a major browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge or Firefox).
- Special conditions
- There is no free trial for the Pro plan; please use the free plan to try the service. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any change to subscription pricing.
